Abstract：
初中数学实施分层教学，能满足学生个性化学习需求，提升学习兴趣与积极性，增强自信心，以及促进全体学生发展，但实践中却存在分层标准不科学，教学资源分配不均，教师分层教学能力参差不齐，以及教学评价方式单一等问题。为此，需科学制定分层标准，合理配置教学资源，提升教师分层教学能力，以及丰富教学评价方式等来加以完善。
