义务教育新课标强调要坚持素养导向改革教学过程,教学反馈作为教学过程有序展开的必要支撑,势必要响应号召。基于“以终为始,贯彻落实核心素养”的理念,从“谁来反馈,反馈什么,何时反馈、如何反馈”四个方面提出3W1H反馈设计思路,构建出循环式双环反馈模型。通过传递建设性反馈信息、营造开放的反馈氛围、强化师生反馈素养以构建师生反馈共同体等四个方面切实促进学生核心素养的发展。
