Abstract：
小组合作学习是一种以小组为单位，通过小组成员的合作与互助达成共同学习目标的教学模式，在初中数学课堂教学中合理运用小组合作学习，有助于促进学生全面发展，提高学生的数学素养，培养学生的合作意识。本文在阐述小组合作学习内涵的基础上，分析了小组合作学习在初中数学课堂中应用的必要性，从科学分组、明确任务、优化过程、评价反馈等方面提出了具体的实施策略，并评析了小组合作学习应用的效果。
