Abstract：
为了适应新一轮课程改革的精神，克服应试教育对语文课堂的影响，教师需要遵循受教育者的身心发展规律，不断引进新型的教育方法和教学理念。其中，赏识教育凭借其能体现以人为本和人为关怀的特点，成为小学语文教师在教学活动中倡导的新型教育艺术。并且通过分析目前的语文教学现状，我们发现赏识教育有助于综合提高小学语文的教学效果。基于此，本文将以赏识教育在语文课堂上的影响为话题，并创新有效的教育策略，以综合提高小学生的语文素养。
