种下劳动的种子——幼儿园劳动教育策略

Abstract：
劳动教育是幼儿园教育教学工作开展的重要内容，是健全幼儿心智，促进幼儿全面发展的重要手段。劳动活动具有十分显著的育人效果，在幼儿园阶段开展劳动教育活动，不仅有利于幼儿实践品格能力的塑造，还有利于幼儿劳动精神的培养和情感体验的丰富。基于此，本文首先分析了劳动教育活动对于幼儿身心成长的重要意义，并结合当前幼儿园劳动教育的现状，指出了今后劳动教育活动的重点内容，最后提出了相应的策略，以期为幼儿劳动教育活动的开展提供有益的借鉴。
