    Abstract：

    随着高等教育改革工作的深入推进，高职院校护理专业教学实践中，教师逐渐意识到了校企合作模式对人才培养工作的重要意义。校企合作模式下，校企双方能够实现互利互惠、资源共享，提高教学工作的质量，也能够实现教学体系的优化与完善，促进医学护理专业人才的培养模式优化。基于此，本文将围绕基于校企合作的高职院校护理专业人才培养模式展开分析。
