Abstract：
全面推行素质教育以来，各个层次的学校都把德育建设摆到了首要位置，它直接关系到学生的一生的发展。班主任是班级的组织者、教育者和指导者，同时也是班级的核心成员，在培养学生的品德方面发挥着重要的作用。为此，教师应对德育工作给予足够的关注，并在工作中确立“以生为本”的思想，以全面提升学生的整体素养为目的，对其进行恰当的指导，使其成为一个健康的个体。
