Abstract：
随着社会的快速发展，高中生面临的学习压力和心理问题日益增多。传统的心理健康教育模式难以满足当前高中生的实际需求。本文基于积极心理学理念，探讨了创新高中生心理健康教育模式的策略。通过文献综述法和理论分析法，在梳理积极心理学内涵的基础上，从课程设置、环境营造、师生互动、实践活动等方面提出优化对策，构建了积极心理学视角下的高中生心理健康教育模式，旨在促进高中生积极品质的培养，提升心理素质，实现身心健康发展。
