    Abstract：

    根据岗位的实际需求，进行小学语文教育专业学生的职业技能培训，对于学生个人发展具有积极意义，能够增强培养工作的针对性、有效性，为地方基础教育输送应用型、技能型复合型人才。参考教育部印发的小学教育职业能力标准的政策文件，明确职业能力，针对小学语文教育专业在人才培养方面存在的问题，本研究主要集中在小学语文教师的典型工作职责和技能需求上构建一个完整的职业技能体系，对接人才培养方案，对课程教学模式进行改革，针对性培养学生的职业能力。
