Abstract：
“双高计划”背景下如何发挥“评价”对建设具有高职特色、符合“六要”要求的思政课教师的引领作用，是推动职业教育现代化必须回答的问题。针对高校院校思政课评价体系的针对性不足、认可度不高和效果不明显等问题，通过建立省级统筹的评价系统、动态优化评价的构成比例、建设螺旋上升的反馈机制来构建高职思政课教师“三维”评价体系，即学科性的指标体系、智能化的驱动体系、现代化的保障体系。
