Abstract：
教师培养质量和培养层次决定着教师的专业化水平，决定着区域教育发展水平。因此，构建持续发展的区域研修体系，对区域教育教学质量提升有着重要意义。笔者以柳江区教师研训为例，提出了教师研训体系建设的几点思考：一、编织好研训三线，是解决教师成长途径的重要根本。二、落实好研训三阶，是实现项目培训预期的重要保障。三、搭建好研训三平台，是实施分层分类培训培养的重要条件。
