Abstract：
中职语文教师只有持续学习与自我提升，才能在职业教育的发展中实现自身的价值。在中等职业学校的语文教育大纲里，有清晰的规定：中职的语文教育需要强调职业教育的独特性，增强语文的实践性，以此来提高学生的语言运用技巧，并进一步提高他们的职业修养。语文教师应具备一定的人文素养、科学素养和创新能力，只有这样才能充分发挥语文教育对学生素质培养的作用，并为学生的未来发展奠定坚实基础。
