Abstract：
在高等教育领域，学生管理和思想政治教育往往被视为相互独立的任务，不少教育工作者和管理者认为两者之间缺乏有效的整合。许多教师倾向于将思政教育视为单一的学科教学，而学生管理工作则由特定的行政人员负责。高校作为培育卓越人才的重要场所，其职责不仅是传授专业技能和学术知识，更重要的是实施思政教育，并确保在大学期间对学生的全面管理。唯有将学生管理与思想政治教育深度融合，才能真正培养出具备德、智、体、美、劳全面素质的社会和国家所需综合型人才。
