    Abstract：

    本研究调查了湖南省某中职学校的全体在校学生，包含21级（中职三年级）、22级（中职二年级）和23级（中职一年级）一共4490名在校生，以症状自评量表SCL-90（以下简称SCL-90量表）为调查工具，评估中职生的心理健康水平。研究结果发现：（1）中职生中阳性检出率为17.8%。（2）中职学生的心理健康水平存在性别差异显著，具体表现为女生的心理健康问题更为严重，年级差异显著。
