Abstract：
随着我国经济快速发展，我国劳动力市场中农民工占据了重要的地位，然而农民工因受教育程度的限制，在就业市场上面临着诸多困难。为解决这一问题，高职院校作为对高素质优秀技能人才培养的基地，应积极发挥自身优势，为新型农民工提供职业技能培训与提升服务，有效提升其就业竞争力。基于此，本文从构建职业技能培训体系，加强与农民就业市场对接等方面出发，概述了高职院校服务新型农民工，进行职业技能培训与提升的具体路径。
