Abstract：
高中历史跨学科融合教学，指的是将不同学科知识与资源围绕相同教学目标进行整合，通过运用到具体实践中，达到良好教学效果，更好地实现历史教学目标。本文将依托跨学科融合教学模式展开探索，分析跨学科融合在高中历史教学中的应用实践。有效满足历史学科综合化发展需求，以保证历史课堂适应新课改高考的基本精神。更好地结合跨学科融合教学提升教师专业水平，高效发挥历史教育的社会性功能。
