女性科技人才是国家科技进步中不可或缺的角色，近年来女性科技人才的比例逐步提升，但女性科技人才在成长过程中仍然面临性别歧视、职业晋升机会不足、项目资源分配不公等，这些问题是女性科技人才的职业发展瓶颈。
