Abstract：
教师情感作为课堂变革的内生动力要素，其价值回归是化解课堂变革技术理性弊端的关键所在。情感支持是教师建构积极情感，认同课堂变革设计、落实变革政策和举措，实现变革目标的重要保障机制。课堂变革应采取将教师情感纳入课堂变革方案设计中、建构教师情感支持的沟通交换平台及情感支持与制度理性有机交融等情感支持策略，帮助教师做好情感调节，激发积极情感，为有效课堂变革创造更为和谐的情感环境，使课堂变革的政策和目标方案的推进更有价值和意义。
