国企在现代社会中扮演着重要角色，其对经济发展的影响力不言而喻。然而，随着经济环境的不断变化和风险挑战的增加，国企面临着更多的不确定性和压力。为了应对这些风险，国企必须完善规章制度，以增强其应对风险的能力。本文旨在探讨国企如何通过完善规章制度加强其应对风险的能力。通过分析国企当前面临的风险挑战，以及国企规章制度的现状，找出其中存在的问题，提出改进建议，以帮助国企更好地做好风险管理，保持稳健发展。
