Abstract：
随着我国教育改革的深入推进，新课程标准已成为指导初中数学教学的重要依据。新课程标准强调学生的主体地位，提倡培养学生的创新精神、实践能力和综合素质，这对初中数学课堂教学提出了更高的要求。因此，初中数学教师要紧密结合学生的学习特点，采用适宜新课标的教学策略，建立起学生为中心的高效课堂，全方位提高学生的数学综合素养。
