Abstract：
新课改的推进进一步加大了初中学校管理的难度，需要学校管理者以学生全面发展为基准、立足学生情况采用针对性的管理方式。人本化管理模式是时代发展的产物，能够发挥学生的主体地位，推动学生的全面发展，所以在进行初中学校管理的时候学校管理者需要将人本化管理模式利用起来，因其应用仍处于探索阶段实施效果与理想存在一定差异，所以本文就初中学校管理运用人本化管理模式的策略进行探究。
