Abstract：
21世纪初，中国进入了一个崭新的时代。随着社会经济的快速发展和全球化的浪潮，中等职业教育作为中国教育体系的重要组成部分，其地位和作用逐渐受到广泛关注。中职学生的心理健康问题逐渐浮出水面，引起了广泛关注。中职学生的心理健康问题不仅是学业压力、职业发展焦虑、人际关系问题等传统的青少年心理问题，而且在一定程度上受到社会发展和教育教学改革的影响。新时代背景下，中职生所面临的社会环境和教育模式与以往存在显著不同，这在一定程度上也造成了中职生心理健康问题的产生。
