国家电网作为我国支柱性能源企业，在面对全球能源体系转型与电力市场逐渐开放的双重趋势，其肩负着保障向国民稳定、安全、高效供电的重要责任。而人力资源管理水平直接关系到国家电网的长远发展，如何对国家电网人力资源体系进行有效地改革与创新，提高员工与团队的效能，成为国家电网必须解决的迫切问题。本文则分析了国家电网及其人力资源管理的概述，思考了新形势下国家电网人力资源管理面临的挑战与相应的应对策略。
