    本研究探讨了培养中学生数学学科自主学习能力的方法。通过文献综述，分析了影响自主学习能力的因素，并提出了一系列有效的培养策略，包括设立适宜的学习环境、引导学生自主学习意识、提供多样化的学习资源以及鼓励学生探究精神等。这些策略有助于激发学生的学习动机，提高其学习效果，并培养其在数学学科中的自主学习能力，从而更好地适应未来学习和工作的需求。
