Abstract：
新时代，中职教育承担的教育任务更重，需要做好学生职业素养的培养，让学生意识到自身承担的文化传播的职责，成为中华优秀传统文化的继承者。中职学校在教育教学中改变固有的方式，将中华优秀传统文化作为教学的资源，根据教育教学需要使用文化资源，基于学生的学习需求进行调控，最终达到教育教学目标。本文对中职教育教学中融入中华优秀传统文化的意义进行探析，同时提供优秀传统文化在职业教育中应用的策略。
