    Abstract：

    本文针对中职机械类生产性实训基地中双师型队伍的建设进行了深入研究，分析了当前双师型队伍建设的现状，提出了一系列有针对性的对策建议。通过调查研究，本文发现双师型队伍在实训基地中发挥着关键作用，但仍存在一些问题。针对这些问题，本文提出了一系列改进措施，旨在提高双师型队伍的综合素质，促进中职机械类实训基地的发展。
