近年来，随着社会经济的快速发展和教育理念的更新，高职院校学生管理工作面临新的挑战和机遇。企业6S管理作为一种优秀的管理方法，已在企业中得到广泛应用并取得显著效果。将企业6S管理理念与高职院校学生管理相结合，不仅有助于规范学生行为、提升学生综合素质，更能够培养学生的自律性和团队协作意识。
