群团改革背景下“班团一体化”运行模式研究

Abstract：
班团一体化运行是基层团组织改革的重要内容之一，探索研究符合本科院校的班团一体化运行模式，能充分发挥共青团对青年学生的思想引领作用，促进班级和团支部协同发展，对新时代青年学生的培养尤为重要。通过调研分析了班团一体化实施过程中取得的成果和存在的问题，从团支部的政治性、核心地位、育人价值方面进行探索，在制度建设、岗位设置、运行机制、职能发挥、集体育人、新媒体育人等方面进行改革，设计了适合本科院校的班团一体化运行模式。
