    随着酒店业的快速发展，对高职酒店管理专业人才的需求与日俱增，同时对人才的技能和素质也提出了更高的要求。为了更好地满足行业需求，提升学生的职业能力，本文探讨了“岗课赛证”教学模式在高职酒店管理专业中的应用与实践。该模式强调岗位技能、课程学习、竞赛参与和证书考取的有机结合，旨在培养出具有高素质、高技能的应用型酒店管理人才。
