Abstract：
本文立足于“工学一体化”技能人才培养模式建设，以计算机网络应用专业为例，对技工院校产教融合校企合作的育人路径进行探究与实践。对接ICT（信息与通信技术）行业相关企业进行合作，以企业实际需求为导向，以综合职业能力培养为目标将工作过程和学习过程融为一体，提升学生实践能力，启发学生进行自主创业，开拓更广阔的就业路径，培育更多的德技并修、技艺精湛的技能劳动者和能工巧匠。
