Abstract：
分层作业对于小学英语教学具有十分重要的意义，然而，国内对其进行分层指导的研究尚处在起步阶段，文章采用文献资料法，对现行“双减”政策下，学生学业成绩欠佳的现状进行了分析，并针对存在的问题，制定相应的对策，以期让教师对因材施教有准确的认识，明确应该给予什么样的支持和协助，以提升小学英语分层作业的质量和效率。
