Abstract：
小学英语教学的最终目的就是培养学生的英语口语能力。可是，在实际的教学过程中，很多教师并没有认识到培养学生口语能力的重要性，这就导致小学英语教学无法真正地提高学生的英语口语能力。随着新课改的不断推进，小学英语教学也发生了很大的变化。教师在新课改下必须转变自身的教学理念，要意识到培养小学生英语口语能力的重要性，这样才能有效地提高小学生英语口语能力。
