Abstract：
酒店心理学是中职旅游服务与管理专业的重要课程之一，其目标是帮助学生理解和应对酒店业中的人际关系和行为，培养学生掌握酒店服务中所需的心理学知识和技能，从而提升客户满意度，提高酒店服务质量。然而，在实际教学中，酒店心理学课程的教学效果并不理想，存在诸多问题。本文旨在探究赏识教育提升酒店心理学教学效果的策略，以期为相关教育工作者提供有益的参考。
