Abstract：
高职院校师范生职业素养技能是师范生从教的核心竞争力。近年来，我国相继出台了《教师教育课程标准（试行）》和《中学教师专业标准（试行）》，为提高职前教师专业素质培养水平提供了依据。随着新时代的到来，社会对人才的需求发生了深刻变化，教师在日常教学中表现出来的、决定其教学效果，对学生身心发展有直接而显著影响的心理品质的总和的专业素养，成为评价人才质量的重要指标。
