Abstract：
《思想道德与法治》是高等教育中一门重要的课程，旨在培养学生的思想道德素质和法治观念。然而，传统的教学方式往往过于理论化，缺乏实践性和针对性。为了提高教学效果，本文提出了三维融合教学实践与研究，旨在重构该课程的教学体系。通过将知识、能力和情感三个维度有机融合，使学生在掌握理论知识的同时，培养其实践能力和情感素养，从而提高其综合素质。
