Abstract：
小学教育具有自身的特性，因此在对小学教师进行培养的过程中，应当以小学教育特性为依据，对小学教师技能培养目标、知识培养目标、素养培养目标等进行明确，使教师能充分满足小学教育要求，进而推动当前基础教育的发展。本文在对小学教育特性进行分析的基础上，介绍了小学教师培养模式，并提出了新时代下小学教育具体的培养策略，以期为相关教育从业者提供参考，促进我国小学教师综合素养的不断提高。
