Abstract：
高校图书馆的党组织建设是高校党建活动中的关键环节，它对于深化教育体制改革、推进学校的全面发展、促进校园文化和谐及社会稳定具有不可或缺的作用，成为基层政治的核心力量和坚强阵地。本研究以广东文艺职业学院为例，阐述了高校图书馆历史使命与时代使命，分析了高校党建工作所面临的困境，并提出了党建引领业务发展的一些思考，以期为推动高校图书馆事业高质量发展提供参考。
