Abstract：
“岗课赛证”综合育人视域下的技能型人才培养是教育改革的重要方向之一。传统的学科知识单一培养模式已经无法满足社会对人才的需求，而技能型人才培养则注重培养学生的实践能力、综合素质和创新思维能力。这一培养模式的引入，为学生提供了更多的机会去探索、实践和发展自己的技能，有助于他们更好地适应社会发展的需要。
