Abstract：
融入“以人为本”教育理念是构建小学语文高效课堂的重要保障，在小学语文教学中教师应关注学生的主体地位，立足教材实际和学生实际确定恰当教学目标，精选教学内容，研设课堂提问，启发学生思维，改变学生被动的学习方式，提高学生学习的自主性和积极性；合理创设信息化教学情境，帮助学生深化对知识的理解和记忆；培养学生主体意识，激发学习兴趣，促进学生自我发展，从而保证课堂教学效率和质量。
