    Abstract：

    在新课程标准中，教育部门对基础教育的教学质量提出了更高的要求，更加注重学生的综合能力以及全面发展。本文通过探究核心素养的教学理念的教育意义，探究教学准备、课堂教学、课后评价三个教学阶段中，教师教学观念、教学素养、课堂教学方式、教学内容、教学活动、作业设计、教学评价等方面开展小学数学教学工作的策略，进而引导学生会用数学的眼光观察、会用数学的思维思考、会用数学的语言表达，提升数学学科与现实世界的联系。
