Abstract：
《义务教育英语课程标准（2022年版）》在课程实施中明确提出“秉持英语学习活动观组织和实施教学”的教学建议。在对小学英语阅读教学实践活动现状认知的基础上，做到基于英语学习活动观，指出开展小学英语阅读教学的价值，在立足英语学习活动观探索小学英语阅读教学策略的同时，突出在英语学习活动观下指向小学英语阅读教学实践活动，助力学生养成英语学习的良好习惯，落实对学生学科核心素养的培养目标。
