Abstract：

本文主要探讨了图书馆管理的智能化与人性化。在信息化、数据化的时代背景下，如何利用先进的技术手段提高图书馆管理效率，同时又满足读者的个性化需求，是当前图书馆管理的重要课题。本文首先介绍了图书馆管理的现状，然后分析了智能化和人性化在图书馆管理中的应用，最后提出了智能化与人性化相结合的图书馆管理模式。
