Abstract：

东北“四大精神”承载着中华民族伟大复兴的愿景，在新时代中发挥着举足轻重的作业。随着东北“四大精神”学习基地的成立，旨在使中国优秀文化得以充实，扩大大学生课程内容与知识，引导青年学生传承中华优秀传统文化、传播社会主义先进文化、培育社会主义核心价值观。
