    Abstract：

    随着国家和地方政府发布产业学院的相关政策以来，高职院校积极探索产业学院建设，通过对375所高职院校调研，了解目前产业学院的现状，分析了产业学院目前存在的问题，包括组织架构缺乏，顶层设计筹划不足；管理运行机制不健全，产教融合度不足；人才培养机制不优化，协同性不够；评价机制不系统，保障机制不健全等，提出了高职院校产业学院人才培养的策略。
