教师在教育教学实践中,通过对幼儿的需要和兴趣进行观察,充分利用教学资源,随时调整活动目标和进程,支持、引导幼儿的活动,充分发挥幼儿的自主性,调动和激发每个幼儿的潜力,使课程不断发生和发展,促进幼儿进行动态的有效学习和多元化发展。基于幼儿本位的思想,本文以中班生成课程活动为例,呈现幼儿对“鞋子”的观察和探索的过程,引发教师对促进生成课程实践的思考。
