Abstract：
在化工企业生产中，DCS（数字化控制系统）在各个环节中起着重要作用，尤其是在化工生产中，它能够保证生产工艺的正常进行，保证产品的质量。但是，随着化工企业规模的扩大和自动化程度的不断提高，DCS在运行过程中出现故障的可能性也逐渐增大。因此，为了保证生产过程的安全，必须加强对DCS故障的诊断和分析工作。本文介绍了DCS故障诊断和分析方法，以促进DCS技术的应用。
