区域普通高中教师教育科研素养的现状与提升

Abstract：
在教育改革背景下，对教师教育科研素养的要求变得越来越高，通过教育科研工作的展开，使得教育科研化能够获得良好发展，从而提升区域普通高中的教学水平。但是，从当前区域普通高中教师整体来看，教育科研素养较为薄弱，需要采取有效策略提高其教育科研素养。基于此，本文就针对区域普通高中教师教育科研素养进行研究，首先简单概述教育科研素养的相关内容，然后分析提高教师教育科研素养的意义，再探讨区域普通高中教师教育科研素养的现状，最后提出有效提升策略，希望通过文章探讨能够为其他区域普通高中提供一定参考。
