    Abstract：

    当前，大学生数量持续增加，加之大学生对职业技能的掌握存在一定不足，使得大学生面临一定就业难题，无法为社会高效发展提供人才支撑。故而，应提升对在校大学生的重视程度，对其进行职业培训，拓宽大学生的求职渠道，提升大学生就业水平。本文对大学生就业困境与成因进行阐释，分析职业培训价值，探寻职业培训的不足之处，并制定适宜策略，以期提升大学生职业培训成效，推动大学生就业竞争力的提高。
