文章在回顾业界观点的基础上,归纳了民办高校教师责任伦理的构成要素,即结果正向、手段规范、过程创新、耦合共生。然后从教育数字化视域下,概括了教师责任伦理的着眼点,并提出了以下实践路径:完善民办高校教师的课程思政效果评价、重建工作氛围内化教师忠于责任的自觉、推动合作学习以教学相长驱动模式创新、关注教师的职业成长制定过程评价机制。
