Abstract：
本文从高校资助育人工作的现状入手，分析高校资助工作中存在的问题和面临的困境，从传统文化中发掘和配置思想政治教育资源，创新性地将传统文化融入新时代高校资助育人工作中，从社会、学校、家庭等方面找准路径，建立“三位一体”的联动机制，培养大学生的综合素质能力，提高高校资助育人工作的深入性和实效性。
